This position holds full responsibility for the finance function of this busy and growing company. You will not only oversee the finance team you will also have overall responsibility for other teams including Human Resources, IT and Marketing.
You will have excellent communication skills and previous knowledge ideally of managing a number of teams, streamlining processes and reporting at board level.
The finance team currently sits at 8 heads and growth will quickly be needed so previous hiring experience is essential, as is experience of managing workflow, reviewing work, handling escalated queries along with working closely with other teams heads of departments to ensure all teams are meeting their potential from a financial perspective.
